How do i make a deposit?

In order to make a deposit and to fund your WealthCapital account, simply follow these 4 easy steps:

1. Access the WealthCapital site and log into your trading account

2. Click on the Deposit button, which is located on the top right corner of the screen

3. Select your preferred payment method and provide the required financial details

4. Click on Deposit and start your trading journey

1. Credit Card

WealthCapital accepts a wide range of international credit cards and debit cards. These include MasterCard, Visa and Maestro.

Local Payment Options:

In addition, we offer a choice of local payment methods to meet the specific banking requirements of our global clients. To view the available local payment options, simply log in to your WealthCapital account and click on the Deposit button located on the top right corner of the screen. From here, you will be able to select a country from the drop-down menu and gain access to the relevant information.

2. eWallets

At WealthCapital, we offer our clients access to regulated, certified eWallet payments in order to deposit funds. This method allows for the secure, fast online transfer of funds. Our clients can access the following options:

3. Bank transfer

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is €250 for all payment methods.

Payment Processing

If you use a credit card, debit card or eWallet to make a deposit, these transactions should be processed immediately. If you use a bank transfer to make a deposit, this could take longer to be approved and for the funds to reflect in your trading account. The delay is usually between 3 to 5 days. To avoid any delays, we recommend that you contact your financial institution to obtain additional information on their transaction processing time-frames. Please feel free to contact WealthCapital should you require any assistance or additional information.

How Do I Make a Withdrawal?

In order to withdraw funds from your WealthCapital account, simply follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Access the WealthCapital site and log into your trading account

2. Download the Withdrawal form

3. Complete the withdrawal form in full and send it to banking@wealthcapital.fm

Once WealthCapital has approved your withdrawal request, the transaction will be processed, and the funds will be sent directly to the account from which they were debited.

** Please note that WealthCapital does not charge any withdrawal fees. Please check with your financial institution if they charge any fees for these transactions.

Providing Verification Documentation

At WealthCapital, we are committed to protecting the personal and financial information of all our clients. In addition, to protect against money laundering and fraud, we strictly adhere to the most rigorous compliance standards.

In order to meet our security standards and regulations, WealthCapital requires each of its clients to verify their identity and place of residence by submitting the relevant documentation. Once we have received and approved this identification documentation, the compliance procedure will be completed. This will ensure that all future deposits and withdrawals will be quick and simple, and you will not be required to provide proof for each transaction.

For your convenience, you can send WealthCapital your Proof of Identification (POI) and Proof of Residence (POR) documents using any of the following methods:

  • Log in to the WealthCapital website and upload your documents via the Upload Documents Page

Proof of Identification (POI)

In order to prove your identity, please send WealthCapital an up-to-date, valid copy of a government issued identification document. This can include your:

  • Passport
  • National ID Card
  • Driver’s license

Please ensure that the copy or scan that is provided is clear and legible.

The proof of identification must reflect the following information:

  • Full name
  • Date of Birth
  • A clear picture
  • Expiration date

Proof of Residence (POR)

We require our clients to provide us with proof of residence and it is important that the document you provide is not older than 3 months.

Please also ensure that the POR copy or scan is legible and clear. You can send one of the following documents as proof of residence:

  • A credit card or bank statement
  • A utility bill for one of the following: Gas, water, landline phone, electricity.

Please ensure that your Proof of Residence document reflects the following details:

  • Full name
  • Date of issue
  • The address of your current residence*

*Please ensure that this address matches the one you entered during registration, and which appears in your POI.

Credit Card Payments

If you make a deposit using a credit card or debit card, you will need to provide a copy of both the front and the back sides of the card. The copy will need to clearly reflect the following information:

  • Name of the card holder
  • Expiry date of the card
  • The first 5 digits and the last 4 digits of the credit card number (the middle 7 digits should be hidden)
  • Card signature (this must match that of your ID)

Take note: If your card does not show your name on it, you must send us a credit card statement that proves the card belongs to. The statement must show your full name and the last 4 digits of the card.

Bank Transfer – Proof of Payment

Withdrawals to a bank account will only be processed back to the original account that the deposit was made from. Therefore, you will need to submit a screenshot of the transaction page from your account that shows the deposit.

  • What Withdrawal Options Does WealthCapital Offer?
    Once you have provided the relevant identification documentation as well as the withdrawal request form, the request will need to be approved by WealthCapital. Once this is done, we will send your funds to the same account from which your deposit was originally debited from. Please note that if you made a deposit using a credit card, the original sum will be returned to your credit card, and any additional earnings will be returned to your bank account. In order for WealthCapital to protect your funds, all withdrawal amounts will only be sent to a bank account that is in the identical name of the holder of the WealthCapital trading account.
  • Is there a Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal Amount?
    WealthCapital does not have a minimum withdrawal amount. The maximum withdrawal amount is equal to the current balance of your trading account.
  • Does WealthCapital Charge Any Withdrawal Fees?
    WealthCapital does not charge any fees for the deposit or withdrawal of funds from your trading account.
  • How Long Does It Take to Process a Withdrawal Request?
    WealthCapital processes withdrawal requests within 1-5 business days, depending on your account type. Please note though that it may take your credit card company or bank additional time to transfer your payment, particularly in cases where the transfer of your currency involves a correspondent bank. In order to avoid any delays, please check with your credit card company or bank in order to get additional information on the time-frame for processing transactions.
